As a student at CSUCI, you have direct access to short-term psychological counseling, outreach/prevention, and consultative services. The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) office is a safe and supportive environment that celebrates all forms of diversity and polyculturalism. 

One of the available services is Group Counseling. In a college setting socializing and talking in groups seems normal so group counseling may be a way for you to learn and share with your peers in confidence about your experiences and how to overcome them.  

There are groups that meet weekly each semester and there are groups that develop out of interest.  Here are the groups that are meeting spring 2018.
